Fall 2012: At "Challenger Learning Center" students work as Research Astronomers operating the center's planetarium and as Curriculum Designers who invent science activities for the Nanonauts and Mononauts.
At "Saturday-at-the-Sea" students investigate possible damage caused by groundwater runoff by collecting samples and compiling data for a Florida State University PhD candidate at Lanark marina, FSU Marine Laboratory, and other coastal sites.
Spring 2013. Middle school students work alongside scientists at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory.
Previous Mentorships include business roations and surgical observation at Novey Animal Hospital, and a MacBook Learning Lab at The Mary Brogan Museum of Art and Science, where students collaborated on a research-based project using every feature of the computer and its accessories to develop 3D animation, podcasts, Photobooks, IMovies, and more.
